21st Century Summer Program Dean of Students Brayton or Colegrove

LOCATION: BRAYTON OR COLEGROVE PARK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

SALARY: $32 per hour(pending grant funding)

DESCRIPTION: Provide behavioral and social emotional support for all students in the 21st Century summer program. Maintain an active presence in classrooms and program activities. Facilitate evidence-based interventions for student behaviors including collaborative problem-solving strategies such as mediation and restorative conferencing. Communicate with caregivers as needed about behaviors. Gather SEL and behavioral data to inform interventions and revisions of practice to support student needs.

Summer program hours: 8:00am-3:00pm (Mon-Friday, July 6th - July 31st ) for 20 days. Full day all-staff training June 30th and additional CPR/Restraint training for some staff 7/1-7/3.

REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with children. Experience coordinating SEL and/or behavioral support services. Prior experience working in 21st Century programming preferred.
