Speech-Language Pathologist - Full or Part-Time

Duties

The Vermilion Association for Special Education is seeking full or part-time speech language pathologist to fill open positions at our rural member district in Vermilion County. Positions are available for the upcoming 2026-27 school year. No travel is required! Positions are available at Middlefork School, our therapeutic days school as well as preschool programs.

The Vermilion Association for Special Education employs 4 speech-language pathologists, so collaboration is consistent and convenient. Professional development opportunities within and outside of the cooperative are provided at no cost to the employees! Starting salary is no less than $49,264.

A $2000 yearly stipend is awarded to those speech language pathologists holding their ASHA-CCCs. CFY supervision provided as no cost.

VASE offers a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,500 stipend every three years as a retention bonus.

Qualifications

Must hold proper ISBE licensure.

Salary/Benefits

Compensation package is commensurate with experience with full board paid single health insurance and TRS. Pay begins at MS+45 level! No less than $49,264.
