Early Childhood Education (ECE) High School School Speech and Language Pathologist Grand Blanc, Michigan

Key experience and qualifications:

• Active SLP license in the state of Michigan required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA-CCC) must be current
• Experience supporting students at a variety of grade levels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Ability to manage and prioritize caseloads across early childhood through high school settings
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered intervention practices

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and screenings to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions
• Tracking and documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with school staff to support student success
• Providing support to families and staff through consultation and training
• Staying current on best practices, state requirements, and school policies
