Key Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) Valid state licensure (or eligibility) Experience with K-12 populations, including a variety of disabilities and communication challenges Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills Ability to create and implement IEPs, conduct assessments, and manage a varied caseload Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support language, articulation, and communication skills Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations Adjust and individualize therapy techniques to meet diverse needs within the student population Why Consider This Role?
