Speech Language Pathologist

Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Flanders, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time
School Year: Current (20252026) and/or 20262027

Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a small, specialized preschool caseload in an ASD program. This role serves young children in a highly supportive school-based setting.

Caseload Details:

• Approximately 13 students
• Ages 24 years old
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preschool program

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services
• Develop and implement IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
• Complete documentation and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey SLP license
• CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered)
• Early childhood and/or ASD experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly pay based on experience and school budget
