Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School-Based

Location: Tampa (Multiple School Sites)
Schedule: Full-Time | Current School Year & 20262027 School Year
Hours: 36.5 hours per week (MondayFriday)
Pay Rate: $26/hour

Position Overview:
A school district in the Tampa area is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support students in general health room settings. Nurses should be flexible and open to supporting multiple campuses as needed. School hours vary by site, typically ranging from 7:00 AM 4:30 PM depending on grade level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care in school health rooms
• Support students with medical needs, including chronic conditions
• Collaborate with school staff and follow district health protocols
• Float between campuses as needed

Requirements:

• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• School or pediatric experience preferred
• Experience with diabetes care
• Flexibility to support multiple school sites
