Job Summary Job Summary The Enrollment Counselor supports prospective families throughout the enrollment process by providing responsive, high-quality support via phone, email, and digital systems. This role ensures families successfully complete applications, submit required documentation, and move efficiently through the enrollment pipeline. The Enrollment Counselor works primarily in a remote or hybrid environment and collaborates closely with school-site office staff to ensure enrollment files are complete, compliant, and aligned with organizational goals. This role is results-driven and accountable for supporting enrollment targets through consistent follow-up, communication, and data management. Requirements / Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: --High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
