We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support K-12 students throughout the school year. Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Maryland SLP licensure (or eligibility)
ASHA CCCs or CFY accepted
Experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of IEP processes and special education regulations
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and assist with goal development
Document progress and maintain accurate student records
Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers
