Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma.

A reasonable degree of proficiency in typing.

A working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office

equipment and machines

Greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, checks appointments, and

directs or assists them to the proper person.

Answers office telephones and responds appropriately to requests for

information
