Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals. Provide direct, in-person therapy services to students in individual and small group settings. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team. Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided. Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders. Active Virginia SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain). Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) Pupil Personnel Services License is required. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply!
