Qualifications: Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of California (required) Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Experience or fieldwork in school-based therapy strongly preferred Understanding of educational terminology and the Special Education process Familiarity with standardized assessment tools Ability to adapt and work with minimal direct supervision Strong organizational and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students K-12 Assess students and develop evidence-based intervention plans Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district standards Travel between assigned school sites as needed Why choose this opportunity?
