Key Qualifications:

  • Current MN Dept of Education SLP License (required)
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Eligible for, or possession of, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Prior experience in a school setting preferred but not mandatory
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate strategies for student success
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
