Support the implementation of evidence-based literacy and numeracy programs (e.g., Science of Reading).

Conduct frequent classroom observations and provide actionable, "bite-sized" feedback to teachers.

Lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) focused on data-driven instruction and early childhood milestones.

2. Student Support & Culture

Manage student behavior using Restorative Practices and PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) tailored for young children.

Oversee the implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) for both academics and behavior.

Foster a joyful, inclusive, and safe school environment where students feel a sense of belonging.
