Student Services Coordinator

The Fergus Falls School District is seeking to fill a Student Services Coordinator position for the 2025-26 school year. This position will assist with the Middle School's tutorial program and is scheduled approximately 35.25 hours/week and 171 days / year. The wage rate for this position will be $19.50 - $23.00/ hour and the benefit package includes and the benefit package includes contributions towards health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability insurance and retirement.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree and Minnesota teaching license are strongly preferred.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Promote Homework Help at Back-to-School Open House.

2. Keep attendance for students at Homework Help.

3. Provide the principal with an End of Year Report for number of students served, days open, time attending, grade, etc.

Study Time

1. Maintain Assignment Board gathering information from school website and email/blogs from teachers and Google Classrooms.

2. Maintain a missing assignment list for students. Monitor missing assignments in Synergy.

3. Organize and prioritize students' work.

4. Communicate with counselors for student referrals.

5. Ensure that students' late work is provided to their teachers, by placing the completed assignments into the teachers' mailboxes.
