Job Opportunity: Full-Time School Nurse - Aplington-Parkersburg CSD

Are you a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Aplington-Parkersburg Community School District is seeking a Full-Time School Nurse to join our team!

Location: Aplington

Hours: 7:50-3:30

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments.

Collaborate with school staff to support student wellness and safety.

Maintain accurate health records and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

Promote a healthy school environment through education and prevention programs.

Qualifications:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Iowa.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Passion for working with children and adolescents.

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
