What We're Seeking:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Massachusetts SLP License
  • DESE Certification required
  • Versatility working with pediatric populations, including pre-K through middle school
  • Experience or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY), Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC), or comparable credentials
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with students, educators, and families
  • Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy practices

What Youll Do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with a range of speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with district policies
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic support for each student
  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communicate progress effectively with educational teams
  • Stay abreast of best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
