Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current SLP license, or eligibility for licensure, in Texas
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educators and families
• CFY considered, but CCC-SLP preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to determine students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students, focusing on language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, IEP team discussions, and professional development opportunities
• Educate and provide resources for teachers and families to support student communication goals
