Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Baltimore, Maryland

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

What you'll do:

• Deliver assessments, direct therapy, and consultations for students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student access to curriculum and social participation
• Contribute to professional development and team meetings as a valued member of the school community
