Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current SLP state licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement creative therapy plans
  • Collaborative, team-oriented work style

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students from diverse backgrounds
  • Develop and deliver individualized education plan (IEP) goals and therapy sessions
  • Engage with teachers, staff, and families to support students' communication development and academic achievement
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
