Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, valid state licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children or within an educational environment is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with speech/language assessment tools

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, create goals, and develop personalized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services for individuals and small groups
• Document progress efficiently, maintain confidential records, and contribute to IEP reports and meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure holistic support
