Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in the school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and students
- Organizational skills and a commitment to individualized, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language screenings, evaluations, and therapy to a diverse student caseload
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain required documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students educational and social success
- Provide strategies, accommodations, and modifications to help students succeed in the classroom
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
