Salary Range: $115,176-$128,858
Responsibilities: Under the direction of the Director of Special Education the Assistant Principal, assists the Director, teachers, and other instructional staff in coordinating and improving the instructional program of assigned grade level(s) and special education needs to the benefit of every student; assists the Director with special education tasks and programming, maintains daily school administrative functions, including but not limited to the enforcement of student discipline policies and procedures, supervises and coordinates the work of assigned personnel, ensuring subordinates' adherence to school and District policies, regulations and goals.
Qualifications: This position requires a current Professional Administrative License issued by the Minnesota Professional Educator Licensing and Standards Board. Special Education Director Preferred. Preference may be given to applicants with a strong special education experience, SEL, PBIS, AVID, and principal experience.
