The Pittsfield Public School District is seeking a candidate for the position of Family Engagement and Attendance Coordinator for Pittsfield High SchoolThis is a non-bargaining position.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree requiredSupporting families with attendance concerns and regarding excessive absences, excessive tardiness, and truancy and will investigate and make recommendations in all school casesExperience serving as an advocate for children and parents; experience in fostering connections with community service providers.Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently; self-motivated. Ability to use student data to support successful engagement.
