In this role, you will connect with prospective students, guide them through the admissions process, and help them take the first step toward a rewarding career in animal technology. If you're passionate about helping others succeed and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Engage with prospective students via phone, email, and in-person appointments Guide applicants through the admissions process from initial inquiry through enrollment Conduct interviews and evaluate student readiness for the program Follow up consistently to ensure completion of application and enrollment steps Provide clear and accurate information on tuition, scheduling, and program details Maintain ongoing communication with students to support success through program start Meet or exceed monthly and annual enrollment goals Participate in on-campus and off-campus recruiting events (open houses, career fairs, community outreach, etc.) Collaborate with the Admissions Team to enhance student engagement and experience What You Bring Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree (preferred) Skills & Qualifications: Strong sales or enrollment background with a results-oriented mindset Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong organizational skills High level of professionalism and ethical standards Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems Commitment to student success and confidentiality best practices Work Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Weekdays with occasional evenings and weekends (events and recruiting activities) Why Join Bel-Rea?
