A contract opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist skilled in teletherapy to provide full-time virtual services within school settings. The position requires expertise delivering tele-speech therapy to school-aged children, specifically within an elementary to middle school age range.

Contract Duration: August 25, 2026 June 11, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, 35 hours per week (no part-time offers)
Time Zone: Candidates must reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone to accommodate school hours and caseload needs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teletherapy SLP services to students in a virtual school setting.
- Manage caseloads varying by grade level, with a maximum of 40 elementary students, 48 middle school students, and up to 57 students at peak times. Caseload assignments will be tailored based on candidate expertise and location.
- Collaborate with supervisors to ensure services meet educational goals and individual student needs.
- Utilize virtual platforms and tools effectively to engage students remotely.
- Maintain compliance with relevant state licensure and educational regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Maryland Speech Language Pathologist licensure (active and in good standing).
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of virtual school-based therapy experience post-COVID, with at least two years within the last five years.
- Strong proficiency in telespeech therapy modalities and techniques.
- Ability to efficiently manage and adjust to variable caseload sizes.
Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a House Bill background check and other credentialing protocols.
- Submission of resume, licensure documentation, and professional references.
- Successful passing of a prescreen interview and technical skills assessment by the staffing team.
