Position Overview The Head of School serves as the educational, cultural, and operational leader of the school and is responsible for: Faculty leadership and professional development Instructional excellence and classroom support School culture and communication Parent and community engagement Partnership with church leadership Operational leadership and school-wide coordination This role is highly relational and highly visible. The successful candidate will be an engaged presence within classrooms, among faculty, and throughout the broader school community.
