Our curriculum reflects our small size and mission-driven culture with engaging courses, hands-on learning and opportunities to grow both inside and outside the classroom.Hopedale Public Schools is seeking a qualified, collaborative, and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 20262027 school year. This full-time district-wide position provides occupational therapy services and support to students across grade levels in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), Section 504 plans, and Massachusetts special education regulations.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with educators, related service providers, administrators, and families to support students access to educational programming and promote student independence and participation within the school environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluationsDevelop written evaluation reports with educationally relevant recommendationsProvide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to studentsParticipate in Team meetings, annual reviews, and eligibility determinationsCollaborate with teachers, support staff, families, and outside providersSupport classroom staff with strategies, accommodations, adaptive equipment, and sensory supportsMaintain accurate documentation, progress reports, service logs, and Medicaid billing as requiredAssist with implementation of student programs and interventions across educational settingsSupport compliance with state and federal special education regulationsParticipate in professional development and district initiatives as appropriateQualificationsMasters Degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent Massachusetts licensure as an Occupational TherapistMassachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certification/license as applicableStrong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamThis is a full-time, school year position with an hourly rate of $50.If interested, please request the Hopedale Public Schools Employment Application: Julie Tammaro, Administrative AssistantSuperintendents Office25 Adin Street, Hopedale, MA ...-634-2220
