This contract opportunity begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 20, 2027, offering consistent hours at 37.5 each week with a focused caseload of approximately 20 students. You'll collaborate with faculty and families to deliver individualized speech-language therapy, helping students reach communication milestones and strengthening their educational experience. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with school-aged children, especially within elementary settings Proficient in assessment, development, and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt materials and approaches to meet diverse student needs Primary Responsibilities: Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and evaluations Develop and execute targeted IEP goals for a caseload of 20 elementary students Deliver direct therapy services in individual and group formats Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor and support student progress Maintain clear and thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal educational policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams Educate faculty and families regarding speech-language strategies and accommodations Imagine making an impact every day as you guide students toward effective communication and lifelong learning skills.
