Job Summary Job Summary Under the supervision of the Director of Curriculum and Instruction, the District Reading Specialist utilizes District adopted curriculum to provide specialized reading instruction and intervention focused on enhancing foundational reading skills and comprehension strategies through the use of structured literacy and the science of reading to support K-8 student achievement in reading.
