Qualifications:

  • Current and valid Maryland SLP license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
  • Experience in pediatric and school settings, including IEP development and implementation
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy interventions as appropriate
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support educational outcomes
  • Maintain all required documentation and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Deliver services both on-site and via teletherapy as needed
