As a Certified Occupational Therapist, you'll have the chance to make a real impact by working across 3 different school locations, collaborating with educators and support staff, and engaging in both in-person and teletherapy sessions. This position covers a mixed caseload, primarily consisting of mild to moderate needs, and features a manageable schedule3 days a week, 7.5 hours each day. The assignment runs from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, including Extended School Year coverage. You'll also benefit from a highly competitive hourly rate, earning anywhere from $40 to $52 depending on experience and qualifications. Key Qualifications & Experience: Current certification as an Occupational Therapist required; ability to supervise COTA also necessary. Experience in school-based OT settings and/or teletherapy strongly preferred. Solid understanding of treatment for fine motor skills and diverse developmental needs. Ability to serve mixed caseloads of students with mild to moderate disabilities. Outstanding communication and documentation skills with a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic OT services and implement individualized plans for students ages 3-18. Coordinate and consult with COTAs, teachers, and other team members across multiple school locations. Deliver services both in person and through teletherapy as needed. Complete thorough assessments, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings. Support students with fine motor and functional skills to enhance their educational success.
