Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license for Washington State
- Eligibility as either an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certification required
- Experience or strong interest in working within a school environment
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site speech-language services to students, supporting their classroom participation
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with IEP teams, contributing to the development and review of student goals, and offering support to educational staff
- Document services, progress, and assessments in accordance with school and district requirements
- Provide recommendations, strategies, and resources to support both students and fellow team members
This full-time, onsite position is based at a single school, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. You'll work 37.5 hours per week with a consistent, supportive caseload.
