Key Qualifications:

• Active South Carolina Physical Therapy License (required)
• Experience providing PT services in a school-based or pediatric setting
• Strong knowledge of best practices in PT for the K-12 population
• Ability to manage a flexible, multi-site caseload efficiently
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to the duration of the assignment from late July 2026 through late May 2027
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned school sites

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering physical therapy services to students across K-12 grade levels
• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to support student participation and access
• Traveling between multiple school sites as an itinerant PT to maximize student impact
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing clinical expertise to support student success
• Maintaining detailed and accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory standards
