- Masters Degree in an appropriate discipline or educational administration- Valid Massachusetts license as Principal/Assistant Principal (58)- Minimum of three years of classroom teaching or instructional support personnel-related experience- Minimum of three years of school administration and supervision experience- Demonstrated skills in organizational development, planning, decision-making, and interpersonal and community relations
