Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
• Background in school-based, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy OT work
• Demonstrated ability to serve a wide range of student needs
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Collaborative approach with educators, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students district wide
• Develop, implement, monitor, and adjust individualized therapy plans
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary education teams
• Support students IEP goals in classroom, virtual, and home environments as needed
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with state and federal regulations
