Qualifications/Experience:
- Active SLPA license and credentials, eligible to practice in California
- Previous experience in school-based settings is strongly preferred
- Ability to commit to 30 hours per week onsite, adhering to school calendar
- Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently under supervision of SLPs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Main Duties:
- Assist SLPs in implementing therapy plans with students
- Conduct group and individual sessions, documenting progress
- Support student communication needs in classroom and small group settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapy teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for all assigned caseloads
