Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Active California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) will also be considered
  • Expertise supporting pediatric or school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation in school settings
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to PreK-12 students
  • Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for students unique needs
  • Maintain up-to-date required documentation and progress reports
  • Use evidence-based practices to engage students in individual and group speech therapy sessions
  • Monitor and adjust interventions based on student development and outcomes
