Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP License required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Background working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students requiring speech and language services
- Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, administrators, and families
- Work across two sites: Elementary and Head Start
- Offer support and consultation to school teams and families
