What youll need:

  • Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification for Washington schools
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, in a school or healthcare setting, preferred
  • Ability to handle a caseload spanning elementary and secondary levels
  • CCC earned or in progress (CFY applicants welcome)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your role will include:

  • Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy for students with communication needs
  • Collaborating with special education teams, teachers, and families to create inclusive support strategies
  • Tracking progress and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing consultative support as needed
