What youll need:
- Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification for Washington schools
- Experience working with pediatric populations, in a school or healthcare setting, preferred
- Ability to handle a caseload spanning elementary and secondary levels
- CCC earned or in progress (CFY applicants welcome)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Your role will include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct therapy for students with communication needs
- Collaborating with special education teams, teachers, and families to create inclusive support strategies
- Tracking progress and maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and providing consultative support as needed
