Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to make a real difference in the lives of students. Shape the next school year by supporting students' communication and language goals within a dynamic educational setting focused on growth and collaboration.
Multiple SLPA contract roles are now open for the upcoming school year to cover leaves of absence. Each role is onsite only, offering up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Assignments begin August 5, 2026, and end October 30, 2026, with one extended opportunity continuing through February 27, 2027. You'll work as part of a supportive team to deliver high-quality services to students who rely on your expertise.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license or certification required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in speech and language therapy for school-age children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and educational environments
- Commitment to upholding confidentiality and professional ethics
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supervising SLPs in implementing individualized speech and language therapy programs
- Provide direct intervention services according to students' IEPs
- Document session notes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Support data collection and progress monitoring for students on your caseload
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
