Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license for Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain
  • Masters degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Prior experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel for the duration of the assignment

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored OT services to students, individually or in groups, to promote academic and functional success
  • Assess, plan, and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Document progress, maintain student records, and communicate updates to educators and families
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
  • Educate teachers and staff on strategies for supporting students with diverse needs
