Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Massachusetts
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered
- Previous school-based experience desirable
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations
