Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid School Psychologist certification, with required state licensure for practice
• Background in administering and interpreting cognitive, academic, social/emotional, and behavioral assessments
• Proficient in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans
• Successful experience consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for a range of student needs
• Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine students academic and psychological needs
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary meetings to develop and review IEPs
• Provide direct counseling or intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments
• Offer expertise in crisis intervention and contribute to school-wide positive behavioral support initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
