School Psychologist - Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid School Psychologist licensure in Wisconsin
• Experience conducting assessments, developing interventions, and providing counseling services in an educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively on multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with the special education process, IEP development, and federal/state educational laws

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer psychological and academic assessments to support student learning and growth
• Interpret assessment data and provide written and verbal reports for parents, staff, and administration
• Develop and help implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and behavioral interventions
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes
• Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and skill-building as needed
• Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and problem-solving teams
• Support students emotional, behavioral, and academic needs within a culturally responsive framework
