Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or eligibility in Wisconsin
- Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
- Experience conducting assessments and writing comprehensive psychoeducational reports
- Familiarity with IEP development and participation in student support team meetings
- Strong communication skills for working with students, teachers, and families
- Commitment to culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices
- Ability to deliver direct and consultative services to both general and special education students
Your Responsibilities:
- Administer psychological and educational assessments, interpret results, and make data-based recommendations
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans
- Lead and participate in crisis intervention and behavioral support planning
- Provide individual and group counseling to students as needed
- Serve as a resource and consultant to school staff and families
- Promote social-emotional learning and implement prevention programs tailored to students needs
