Requirements and Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) certification/license issued by the State of Oregon
- Recent experience working in a K-12 school-based setting preferred
- Availability to fulfill an itinerant schedule across several campuses

- Strong communication, documentation, and time management abilities
- Passionate about supporting student development and working collaboratively with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct PT services according to students IEPs across a varied caseload, ranging from kindergarten through high school
- Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and family members
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Travel between assigned sites within the district as part of the itinerant position
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and problem-solving discussions as needed
