Requirements and Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) certification/license issued by the State of Oregon
• Recent experience working in a K-12 school-based setting preferred
• Availability to fulfill an itinerant schedule across several campuses

• Strong communication, documentation, and time management abilities
• Passionate about supporting student development and working collaboratively with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct PT services according to students IEPs across a varied caseload, ranging from kindergarten through high school
• Consult and collaborate with educators, staff, and family members
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and reports in compliance with school and state requirements
• Travel between assigned sites within the district as part of the itinerant position
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and problem-solving discussions as needed
