Physical Therapist - School Setting in Silverton, OR

This full-time, onsite Physical Therapy role is ideal for professionals eager to make a measurable difference while covering maternity leave within an engaged educational community. You'll enjoy variety in your day as you support students at multiple sites in an itinerant role (please note: this position is not open to teletherapy/VOCO).

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon required
• Previous experience providing PT services in school settings (K-12 experience a plus)
• Comfortable working across multiple campuses and adjusting to a mobile schedule
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to provide current contact information for three most recent supervisor references

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative PT services to students, fostering improved mobility, accessibility, and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Travel between campuses as needed to fulfill caseload requirements
• Support the school community by participating in relevant meetings and sharing your expertise
