Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience or strong interest in working with middle school students in an educational setting
• Strong communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative, solution-focused approach with students and staff

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language assessments, therapy, and interventions for middle school students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize student success in and out of the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and share insights to foster a positive, inclusive educational environment
