School-Based Physical Therapist (PT)

Location: Orange, NJ Area

We are actively seeking a dedicated and student-focused Physical Therapist (PT) to support a school district in the Orange area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative special education team and help students improve mobility, access their educational environment, and achieve greater independence.

What Youll Do:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with a variety of physical and mobility needs
• Conduct evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement treatment plans that support student participation in the educational setting
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines

What You Bring:

• Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Jersey PT license (or ability to obtain)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, student-centered approach
