Required Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or if in Clinical Fellowship Year, strong supervision available Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and evidence-based therapy techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with a variety of needs Develop individualized therapy plans and implement direct speech-language interventions, both individually and in small groups Document progress, maintain accurate and timely records, and participate in IEP meetings Collaborate with education professionals, families, and support staff to maximize student success Provide consultation, resources, and strategies to teachers and parents Remain current regarding best practices and compliance with state and federal regulations Enjoy a professionally rewarding contracted position that allows you to impact students' success and communication growth.
